Leaving on a Jet Plane – Day 62

Day 62_Ok, so it is not exactly a jet plane but those people are definitely going somewhere.  We were graced with one day of sunshine this weekend, after the monsoon we endured for the past 4 days.  B and I took the opportunity to take Eddie on one of his favourite walks.  (Unfortunately Jake couldn’t join us as his hind legs haven’t been doing so well.)

We timed it right so we would be out at sunset and what a beautiful sunset it was.  It’s days and walks like this that make me grateful for my surroundings.  The mountains here are beautiful and even though I have grown up with them I never take them for granted.

Hopefully everyone had a sunny day and a long walk today!

I’m the same. I never take for granted the beauty of the mountains or the cherry trees as they blossom. I spent the day mostly indoors today taking a photography course, then got out for some pictures. I have a lot to learn (remember!) still but hope to be able to use the camera as effectively as you someday!
